Here's the scoop:
Celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito has three chefs cook their signature dish. then the two strongest will advance to the next round, where they are challenged to develop a full menu for DiSpirito's high-profile guests. It doesn't stop there! Chefs must design the space since the ambiance and decor will be judged! This is where lady Jes Gordon steps in. Chefs are allowed one consultation with Jes, who is a mentor for the chefs on the show.
